Welcome to LaunchBet. By accessing our platform or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully - they're written in plain English, not legalese.

What We Provide

LaunchBet delivers white label gambling platform solutions, including:

  • Casino and sports betting software platforms
  • Licensing consultation and application support
  • Payment gateway integration services
  • Technical infrastructure and hosting
  • Ongoing platform maintenance and updates

We don't operate gambling sites ourselves. We build them for you.

Your Responsibilities

When you partner with LaunchBet, you agree to:

  • Obtain proper licensing in your target jurisdictions before going live
  • Comply with local laws regarding online gambling in all markets you serve
  • Implement responsible gambling measures as required by regulators
  • Maintain accurate records for regulatory reporting and audits
  • Pay agreed fees on time according to your service agreement

You're the operator. That means regulatory compliance is ultimately your responsibility, not ours. We provide the tools and guidance, but you make the final calls.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but let's be real - no platform is perfect. Maintenance windows happen. Server issues pop up. We'll notify you of planned downtime at least 48 hours in advance.

For emergencies, our support team responds within 2 hours (usually faster).

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due before development begins. Monthly platform fees are billed on the 1st of each month. Late payments (15+ days overdue) may result in service suspension.

Revenue share agreements are calculated weekly based on your gross gaming revenue. You'll receive detailed reports every Monday.

Intellectual Property

The platform technology belongs to LaunchBet. Your content, branding, and player data belong to you. Simple.

We grant you a license to use our software for your gambling operations. You can't resell it, reverse engineer it, or claim you built it.

Data & Privacy

Player data is stored on secure servers with enterprise-grade encryption. We're GDPR compliant and follow industry best practices.

You control how you use player data - but you must comply with privacy laws in your jurisdictions. Check our Privacy Policy for technical details.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. If you terminate early, setup fees are non-refundable (development work was already done).

We may suspend service immediately if you:

  • Operate without proper licensing
  • Violate anti-money laundering regulations
  • Miss payments for 30+ days
  • Use the platform for illegal activities

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for losses from regulatory issues, market conditions, or player disputes. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We update these terms occasionally. Major changes? You'll get 30 days notice via email. Minor clarifications happen without notice.
